Same Day Order Dispatch Available
STEP 1 – YOU NOTIFY US OF A DELIVERY TO OUR WAREHOUSE
This is a simple emailed spreadsheet with quantities expected and book in delivery.
STEP 2 – WE RECEIVE THE GOODS AND CHECK QUANTITIES AND CONDITION
Any excesses/shortages will be reported to you by your account manager. The goods will be checked for damages and securely stored in our warehouse. Once the goods are checked in they are our responsibility.
STEP 3 – OWNERSHIP / RESPONSIBILITY
The goods held by us are 100% owned by you and you can request they are returned at any time. However, we take responsibility for the goods under our insurance policy and the cost of any damages are our responsibility whilst held in our warehouse.
STEP 4 – VISIBILITY
You will be regularly updated with stock levels and this information will sync with your selling channels. (Once the goods are checked in they will go up for sale, you don’t need to do anything).
STEP 5 – ORDER PICKING & PACKING
Our experienced team of warehouse staff work hard to ensure that your items are well packed in appropriate packaging. Our systems ensure that the correct items are dispatched. Barcode scanning is at the heart of this process so it is essential that all your items have individual barcodes to maintain this accuracy.
STEP 6 – TRACKABLE SHIPPING
All items can be sent on trackable services and customers will be automatically informed of their tracking information. This is vital for reducing customer service workloads.
STEP 7 – RETURNS
We have a very flexible approach to returns and work on a client by client basis. But this flexibility is underpinned by a simple process of inspection on receipt. If the goods are saleable, we will put them back in stock for sale and inform you. Should the goods be damaged you will be informed and we will work within pre-agreed policies.
